The room was spacious. It allowed us to relax after a long day exploring. i found the adjustable water heater in the shower very convenient. there was even a qibla direction marked, a thoughtful touch for prayer.

the hotel lacks a restaurant, and we had to find cafes nearby. there were no water bottles provided in the room. reception service felt minimal.

The hotel has a mall connected via sheltered walkways. I did not get wet when it rained. The room was large by local standards. Lots of open spaces were available.

The shower produced only cold water, even after turning on the hot water switch. The USB port on the wall was also loose.

the staff made it nice with their warm smiles and readiness to assist (i especially appreciated the front desk's help). the meticulous housekeeping ensured the room was always immaculate.

the room had ants crawling on the table and walls at the balcony. i needed to request bedroom slippers and coffee, even sometimes hand towels (and no shower cap was provided!).
